Yoga for Beginners 4 Week Series

Saturdays:  1/28, 2/4, 2/11 and 2/18 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

(the first session was moved on 1/28 due to the snow on 1/21)

Are you interested in learning more about Yoga, but intimidated by the thought of joining a class? Then our Yoga for Beginners 4 week series is for you!  Learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace and in a friendly and supportive environment.

$60 for the entire 4 week session or $20 drop-in

If you're a complete beginner, we highly recommend that you enroll into the Yoga for Beginners session, as it will provide a great foundation for your future practice.  However, if it  doesn’t work with your schedule, you can also try the following classes, that are suitable for beginners.

Monday 5PM - Alignment 101

Monday 6:30PM - Restorative

Tuesday 7:30PM -Hatha

Wednesday 7PM - Kripalu

Thursday 9:30AM - Yogalates

Thursday 6PM - Vinyasa 

Friday 6PM - Gentle/Restorative
