If you're a complete beginner, we highly recommend that you enroll into the Yoga for Beginners session, as it will provide a great foundation for your future practice. However, if it doesn’t work with your schedule, you can also try the following classes, that are suitable for beginners. Monday 5PM - Alignment 101 Monday 6:30PM - Restorative Tuesday 7:30PM -Hatha Wednesday 7PM - Kripalu Thursday 9:30AM - Hatha Fusion Thursday 6PM - Vinyasa Friday 6PM - Gentle/Restorative (this class resumes on 9/10/2010) Please let the teacher know that you're new to yoga.
