The most important thing that I can say about Ananta Yoga is "thank you "! As a person who did not have any knowledge about yoga and the benefits that come with it, I took a very big leap into a practice that I have come to love and am so grateful that I did. About 3 years ago, I developed severe sciatic nerve pain. After several months of physical therapy, my therapist told me that stretching and exercising would be a lifelong commitment. One day I read an article about Ana and Ananta Yoga in Wayne Magazine and started my first beginner class with Brian Yuen. I can remember that when I left that day, I was so thrilled by my experience and I have been practicing ever since. All the instructors at Ananta Yoga are dedicated and caring people. Each one of them shares their love and compassion of Yoga with their students, which makes you come back for more. Ana has brought her knowledge of Yoga into our classes, not only by the physical practice but, by the meaning of Yoga as well, and I cannot express how that has enriched my life. I consider myself blessed that I found and started practicing at this amazing yoga studio and how I have improved my life not only physically, but mentally and spiritually.
It was shortly after having major surgery that I decided to embark on a healthier lifestyle by eating better and incorporating more activity in my life on a consistent basis. My wife suggested I attend Ananta Yoga Studio in Wayne and at first I was a bit reluctant thinking more vigorous exercise was what I needed. Well, much to my surprise I quickly found out that the studio offered varying styles of Yoga that could accommodate all levels of physical needs either through relaxing Restorative classes or more demanding Vinyasa classes. Soon after I learned through the teachers at Ananta, who are some of the kindest most compassionate people I’ve ever met, that Yoga is non-judgmental; it’s not a competition and ultimately each practice on the mat becomes your own...I enjoyed that individuality and introspection. I quickly began to feel better balanced with physical wellness and mental serenity too. Overall, I feel that Ananta Yoga is a wonderful facility that serves as a sanctuary of sorts where one can meld body, mind, and spirit on the mat with the guidance of a superb staff!

If you are fortunate enough to live in Wayne, NJ, you owe it to yourself to take a class or two at Ananata Yoga and get hooked for life. Yoga has been a saviour to my life, my yoga mat brings me peace but also keeps me limber, fit, able to deal with all the problems that life brings on, have a good attitude and be able to deal with them in good physical and mental shape. Ana, Ananta's Director is an amazing human being, caring, loving, a perfectionist in a very positive way and can bring all her wonderful qualites through to you always with a smile, her knowledge and dedication are admirable. So if you live nearby you must give it a try, I promise you will not be sorry. You can only grow from the experience.
When I first walked through the doors of Ananta Yoga Studio, I had no idea where I was headed in my journey and so happy for the wonderful new people and experiences it has brought into my life. As a means to alleviate my anxiety symptoms,I enrolled in the beginners workshop and was thrilled to experience the benefits rather quickly. Yoga has transformed my life both personally and professionally. After starting Yoga, my life and my breath have really opened up into so many wonderful experiences. I enjoyed practicing yoga at Ananta. It's been such a rewarding journey discovering new ways of healing, and strengthening my body and mind through yoga. I appreciate the commitment from the teachers and knowledge shared. The transformation led me to enroll in Teacher Training to deepen my practice and if it weren't for Ananta I wouldn't have found the most amazing teachers to learn from.
I have been going to Ananta for two and a half years. From my first class I was very impressed with the expertise of the teachers. Each one brings his or her own special twist (literally and figuratively) to the practice. The studio has a community feel. Very welcoming and inclusive. The benefits of yoga have surprised me. The classes at Ananta have helped me (and my initially reluctant and now addicted husband) to improve strength, flexibility, balance and piece of mind. I use the skills learned at Ananta every day!
The studio is unique. The place has a lot of energy and is so peaceful!

I have been going to this yoga studio for the past year and I love it. I go about once a week. All the instructors have been great. I especially enjoy the Tuesday night Hatha class. I also enjoy the workshops. I have been to the chakra clearing one and I really felt great afterwards. They have classes for all levels and a good amount of classes at different times during the day.

Since i took my first yoga class in Ananta studio 4 years ago,I was hooked. It has everything I was looking for: beautiful spacious room to practice, variety of classes for different levels, great teachers who have so much to offer. Various workshops are also offered if you desire to expand or deepen your physical and/or spiritual practice. Ana and her staff provide a welcoming, tranquil atmosphere. After being in a bit of a rut with my yoga practice, I decided to try Ananta Yoga to get back into it. I was looking for a yoga studio but what I found was a second home. The instructors are incredible. They all are so unique which guarantees no two practices to be the same and provides a constant ability to grow as a yogi. Ananta's workshops also allow growth both spiritually and physically. I'll be honest, from RT 23 it doesn't look like much, but the inside is filled with warmth, happiness, and pure spiritual bliss.
