Yoga for Beginners Workshop 

Inquire about Yoga Beginners Workshop.   Typically resumes after the summer but happy to schedule one based on interest.


Are you interested in learning more about Yoga, but intimidated by the thought of joining a class? Then our Yoga for Beginners Workshop is for you!  Learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace and in a friendly and supportive environment.

If you're a complete beginner, we highly recommend that you enroll into the Yoga for Beginners session, as it will provide a great foundation for your future practice.  However, if it  doesn’t work with your schedule or no workshop scheduled, you can also try the following classes, that are suitable for beginners.  Please let instructors know you are a beginner before class.
